Waste removal is billed in advance and lawn maintenance in arears. We ask that your payment be paid by the 15th. The Due Date is clearly printed on your invoice. A NON OPTIONAL $10.00 late fee is due with your payment if postmarked ON or AFTER the 30th. At which time your service will be put on hold till the balance is received. FREE WEEKS - We honor the Free week of waste removal by giving one free week on the second invoice/month when you start service with us. Late payment on the first invoice voids the free week and will be charged the full amount. FREE REFERRAL WEEKS: - Earn 10% off your next invoice for EACH new lawn care (mowing, fertilization) referral in a given month that signs up for service and after their first paid invoice. RETURN CHECK POLICY: There is a $20.00 charge on all returned checks REMOVAL OF WASTE OFF OF PROPERTY: No extra charge * We operate our business like any other "reputable" small business and we undestand this is a luxury service. But, please don't mistake our service for a non-profit organization. We use a long standing professional collection service to protect our interest.
