FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

HOW OFTEN DO YOU COME OUT?
We do our very best to be servicing your yard at the same time each week (weather permitting). That way even if you are not home during the day, you will know “about” when we were there. However the time may vary as you refer friends, family and neighbors to us for service, foul weather and as business increases.

HOW AND WHEN DO WE PAY FOR OUR SERVICE?
We bill in advance for waste removal and in arears for lawn maintenance. You will receive your invoice around the 1st of every month for services for the following month. We accept cash, checks, bank drafts or money orders and you are conveniently billed monthly by mail.

WHAT IF WE HAVEN’T CLEANED OR MOWED IN QUITE A WHILE?
This is quite frequent with most new customers. In the case of mowing, there may be an extra charge the first mowing to get the yard caught up. For waste removal, there could possibly be an excessive waste fee to also catch the yard up. Added to your first invoice only.

WHAT ABOUT DURING BAD WEATHER?
We are not afraid of a little rain. If there’s a light rain, WE’LL BE THERE. If there are storms a brewin’ we may have to wait until the storm passes, or for the next business day, unless we encounter heavy rain that puts a blanket of water over what we came to collect or mow over. Should that happen, we’ll postpone pick up until the following week for waste removal and postpone the mowing until the next day or later in during the day. when we can efficiently and effectively clean and/or mow your propoerty. For waste removal, if this causes us to miss a week or more, please understand that for as long as you own your dog(s) the quantity and quality of pick up will be the same, therefore a price adjustment in these cases is not made.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE GO ON VACATION?
When you go on vacation we get jealous because its not us!
However, if your dog(s) went along with you or you have them boarded, the time away will be credited to you on your next invoice. Please be sure and give us some advance notice, it helps our scheduling. Your yard maintenance will continue unless you specify othewise.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN EntreMANURE GOES ON VACATION?
When we get a chance, we like to go on vacation too and its usually done during the winter months. Our policy is to catch you up the following week on your regularly scheduled day. You will be notified in advance via a newsletter or phone call letting you know what dates we will be gone. There’s always a chance of an emergency since my family reside out of Arkansas. A last minute emergency requiring my presence may NOT allow us to notify you in advance. In this case the vacation policy would be the same.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Not at all! WE have the utmost confidence in our service and know you will appreciate the convenience and comfort of having a beautiful clean yard, without the hassel of doing it yourself. If for some reason you cancel your service, we ask that you give us the kind of notice you would expect if you were in our place.

CAN WE LEAVE OUR DOG(S) OUT IN THE YARD?
Dogs and us go way back. If however, your dog(s) for some reason take a disliking to your friendly lawn techs or scoopers, your pets may be more comfortable waiting inside until we have finished.

WHAT IF MY CLEANING DAY FALLS ON A HOLIDAY?
We observe the following Holidays: New Years day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving & Christmas day. You will be skipped until the following week, at which time we will clean up two weeks worth of waste. For lawns maintenance, we will most likely take care of your yard the day before the holiday. Possibly the next day, depending on how full the schedule is. A price adjustment is not made.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS DEBRIS OR LEAVES ON THE GROUND?
We do not move debris, leaves, branches, toys or other objects to find the waste. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE DO NOT MOW YOUR PROPERTY WITH DOG WASTE IN THE GRASS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE WASTE ALONG WITH THE MOWING. WE ALSO ASK THAT TOYS, DEBRIS AND ANY LARGE OBJECTS BE REMOVED FROM THE GRASS PRIOR TO US ARRIVING TO MOW FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS, OUR TECHS AND OUR EQUIPMENT.

WHAT IF WE KEEP OUR GATE(S) LOCKED?
You must remember to unlock your gate on your mowing or pick-up day. You can rest assured your gate will be securely locked when we leave. Many customers give us a key or a combination to their locks in order for us to perform our services as we need to.

OUR “SATISFACTION GUARANTEED” POLICY?
Because of the pride we take in our work, we offer you a guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied that we’ve done our best job (meaning we missed a few piles, or missed strips of grass) call us that same day and we will do our best to come and make it right! Guaranteed!! However, we are not responsible for any waste your dog leaves after we have cleaned especially if they are out while we are cleaning, or if your kids let them out before you get home and you find some then. We are also not responsible for waste that may be under debris, water, toys, yard furniture, leaves etc, or if we mowed around large left objects left out in your yard. We do not move things around to find the waste. If your lawn is not mowed regularly it makes it difficult for us to find the waste and even scoop it up properly, so please keep your lawn mowed. OR, HIRE US TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR LAWN :). We are not responsible for waste found after you mow your yard if you haven’t kept up with its cutting.
