GUIDANCE: Most businesses make the mistake of thinking this page should all about them. In reality, your prospective customers don’t want to know about you as much as they want to know what it is about you that serves their best interests. So that’s what this first paragraph should be about. Replace it with copy that talks about how you deliver. It’s fine to be lighthearted about it.
In this paragraph you can include more traditional information that builds credibility, but keep in mind what your customer cares about. Replace this paragraph with things that show community ties, your veteran status, underscore commitment to pet well-being – whatever three things about you are likely to be most impressive/relatable to your prospective customer.
Note: Showing the face of the business – yours! – is an important part of helping people feel good about trusting you to come onto their property. For this page I’ll need a clear photo showing your smiling face. Bonus points if it includes a dog : ) If you have other scoopers, a team photo is great.
