You may have noticed we’ve tidied up our website a bit. Hopefully we’ve made it easier to use, but we understand that even when there’s improvement it can feel a little disorienting.
Online payments are an area where we’ve made the biggest changes. With the prior system, we accepted PayPal online, but doing so meant we had to spend double the amount of record keeping time because PayPal payments weren’t in sync with our accounting system.
In order to keep providing great service at a fair price, we needed to address that. The good news is you can still pay with PayPal. Even better, if you have regular service you can set up automatic payments so you won’t have to worry about coming to the website to pay your bill. What is changing is that, in order to pay online, we need you in our system.
If you only use us for one-time cleanings, you can request service now. Once we receive your request we’ll send you an invoice that you can pay online, then schedule your cleaning.
If you’re a regular customer looking to pay your bill, the quickest way is to sign up for new service. If you’re already in our system the request will simply update your record and you’ll receive an invoice you can pay online.
